PeachFest 2026 is a 12-year institution with a live peach orchard inside Underground Atlanta, the FIFA World Cup as our backdrop, and $2M+ in earned media behind us. We're looking for media partners to help tell that story — in exchange for VIP access and brand association worth $7,500.
To Our Friends in Atlanta Media,
This is a media exchange. Not a cash sponsorship. A barter — your promotional reach for our VIP access, brand association, and a story worth telling.
PeachFest 2026 is happening July 12 at Underground Atlanta — and this year is unlike anything we've done in 12 years. For the first time in Atlanta history, a working peach orchard is coming downtown. Pearson Farm — Georgia's fifth-generation peach family — is partnering with Atlanta Way to bring live, fruit-bearing peach trees to Peachtree Street. Their activation is called Peach Trees on Peachtree. PeachFest 2026 happens inside it.
The World Cup is our backdrop. Underground Atlanta is our stage. 1,200–1,500 guests, 50+ of Atlanta's best chefs and bartenders, live music on two stages, a $1,000 bartender competition, a six-course Peach Omakase, a Spanglish Cocina pop-up with Monti Carlo and Chef Hector Santiago, and an Orchard Fireside Chat about Atlanta's culinary legacy. This is not a food festival. This is a moment.
We've generated $2M+ in earned media in 2025. 250+ press placements. AJC, WSB-TV, FOX 5, Eater, The Atlantan, Access Atlanta. The story is already proven. What we need now is the right media partners to help us reach your audiences — and we want to make it easy.
Here's the deal: zero cash. Just reach for reach.
As a confirmed Media Partner, you receive a $7,500-equivalent sponsorship package — logo placement, 10 VIP tickets, social mentions, event photography rights, and full press kit access. In exchange, we ask for a dollar-for-dollar exchange in promotional support. You decide how your inventory is distributed — on-air, newsletter, digital, social, or a combination. Our goal is specific: drive ticket purchases. Every promotional effort we're asking for should generate clicks to our ticket page. You know your audience best. You bring the reach. We bring the experience, the access, and the content.
If this sounds like a fit, let's talk this week.
Every one of these is a story. Together, they're the event of the summer.

This is a promotional exchange, not a charity ask. We're looking for partners committed to specific, measurable promotional activity — because our goal is specific: sell tickets. Every effort should drive clicks to our ticket purchase page. You decide how your available inventory is distributed. We're flexible on format; we're firm on the goal.
Radio on-air mentions, live reads, or event listings. TV broadcast mentions, segment opportunities, or community calendar features. Print editorial, calendar listings, or advertorial. All with a direct call-to-action driving ticket purchases.
Banner ads, sponsored posts, email newsletter inclusions, website event listings. Social media posts, stories, reels, or giveaway co-promotions. Every digital placement should include a trackable link to our ticket page.
If you bring one of your advertisers or clients on as a PeachFest sponsor, we offer a super deep discount on sponsorship pricing plus a referral fee back to you. Your media partnership becomes a revenue opportunity — and your advertiser gets one of the most talked-about event associations in Atlanta this summer.
You know your audience better than anyone. Here are a few ways other media partners have had fun with this — take what works, leave what doesn't.
Post a giveaway using 2–4 of your VIP tickets. Your audience enters, follows, or engages. Great for social reach and new followers.
Drop PeachFest into an upcoming send. Even a single mention to your subscriber list goes a long way — especially with the World Cup energy behind it.
A radio or TV mention leading up to July 12. "Don't miss PeachFest this Sunday" is simple and remarkably effective.
Use tickets as a gift for your top advertisers or clients. It's a great touchpoint — and we'll co-brand it with you.
Send a writer or photographer on July 12. We'll get you full media access. PeachFest makes for great content — food, people, culture.
Some media partners have brought their key advertisers to PeachFest by securing a discounted table through their partnership. Your advertiser gets a VIP experience; you deepen the relationship. Ask us about deep-discount table pricing for your partners.
Set up a presence at the event — sampling station, branded giveaway items, or a sign-up table. Collect leads from 1,200–1,500 guests in exchange for a perk. A proven model for growing subscriber lists and loyalty programs in one afternoon.
Have something better in mind? Bring a custom proposal. We're open to anything that genuinely reaches your audience and drives toward our shared goal.
